I like leashes and things.

A lot of dominant people will say that they like to hold their submissives on a leash because of the feeling of power you get, knowing you can do anything and everything you want when someone is on your leash. 

For me it’s the fact that they absolutely need you to be holding it.  That they can’t/don’t want to do anything else without you in that moment without your permission.

I don’t know, it might just be semantics.  Having power vs. being needed.  Is it the same thing?  I would like to hear what you guys have to say on the matter.  Dominant and submissive both.
